Film4 moves to channel 15

Film4 on Freeview will move to a new channel number from the 3rd February (tomorrow). Film4 is moving from channel 32 to channel 15. You may need to rescan you set top box to pick up this change.

    I had film4 when it was on channel 32, but since the change i am not getting it at all. why?

    i got 15 for two days, and now it’s disappeared – rescanning, 15 no longer gets picked up whether doing exhaustive scan or regular.

    anyone else?

    I rescanned yesterday and lost channel 32, but channel 15 is still called ABC (which I don’t get anyway)…

    ABC1 hasn’t been around for a long time now – it shut down completely months ago.

    It sounds as though you are doing an “Add Channels” and not a full reload of all channels.

    There should be a “Full” reload option on your set top box instead of just “Add”.

    If there’s not, a factory reset of your box will reset all channels and you can start a fresh channel scan which should sort things out for you.
