The Hallmark family of channels have rebranded as Universal Channel (Sky channel 130 and Virgin Media channel 162), Universal Channel +1 (Sky channel 150 and Virgin Media channel 163) and Universal Channel HD (Sky channel 220) respectively. Programming remains largely unchanged.
Hallmark Channel will rebrand as Universal Channel on the 18th October as part of Universal Networks International’s global rebranding plan. The HD version of Hallmark will also rebrand as Universal Channel HD.
The high definition version of Hallmark Channel has launched on Sky. It’s available on Sky channel 220. Shows such as Law & Order, CSI and Without a Trace will all broadcast in high definition on the new channel. Also, the normal standard definition Hallmark Channel now shows some programming in widescreen format instead of the previous 4:3 format.
